The Xtar PB2 is a dual purpose 18650 charger AND portable powerbank. You can plug it into a USB power source and charge up your batteries, OR you can pop in two spare batteries and use it as a roughly 5000mAh (depending on your batteries) power bank for charging your other devices, phone, airpods, pod devices, etc!
